WHEREAS, Council's desire is to have the Director of Development and the Mayor attend National League of Cities this December to be held in Boston; and
WHEREAS, additional funding to the respective seminars and meetings accounts will be needed to cover this expense;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000)
is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated Balance of the General Fund to Account No. 101.121.5274, Mayor, Seminars/Meetings.
Section 2. That the amount of THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($3,500) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated Balance of the General Fund to Account No. 101.343.5274, Development, Seminars/Meetings.
Section 3. That ORD-0001-2000, passed January 3, 2000 is hereby amended to reflect the herein supplemental appropriations.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council and approval by the Mayor.
