Motion Resolution that in accordance with ORC 5705.41D this Council imposes a limit of $5,000 on a blanket purchase order against any line-item account over a period not to extend beyond the end of the current fiscal year; also this Council authorizes the use of super blanket purchase orders in an amount not to exceed an appropriation from a specific line item account over a period not to extend beyond the current year.
