WHEREAS, funds are needed to pay for meters in the industrial park as well as to be able to provide for residential needs for the balance of the year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Fifty Five Thousand Dollars ($55,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered unappropriated balance of the Water Fund to Account 651.350.5332, Water Meters.
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2000, passed January 3, 2000 is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
