TO ACCEPT A DEED OF EASEMENT FOR TRUNK SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON AGLER ROAD; FROM VERNIE AND HELEN KOKER.
Body
WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining a trunk sanitary sewer was obtained in 1960 from Vernie and Helen Koker; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement ties in with the easements on West Johnstown Road given by the DeVore, Kuskowski and Luft familes; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on April 1, 1960 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Vernie and Helen Koker, for utility purposes on Agler Road said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
