TO ADOPT THE CREEKSIDE CONCEPT PLAN, PREPARED BY URBAN SPACES FOR THE CITY OF GAHANNA, OHIO

WHEREAS, Urban Spaces, was contracted to provide a Creekside Concept Plan; and

WHEREAS, Planning Commission recommended to Council on August 23, 2000 the adoption of the Creekside Concept Plan; and

WHEREAS, Council has reviewed said Creekside Concept Plan, and held public hearing on October 16, 2000 on said recommendation, and is ready to move forward with the adoption of said plan;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That this Council hereby adopts the Creekside Concept Plan, prepared by Urban Spaces, as modified and dated 10/16/2000, attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A and made a part hereof.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature approval by the Mayor.
