TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES FOR VARIOUS PROPERTIES LOCATED IN IMPERIAL RISE; FROM THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE JEFFERSON LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, BROOKSIDE SALES, INC., AND THE WILLIAMS ROAD COMPANY.

WHEREAS, eight easements for construction, using and maintaining a trunk sanitary sewer were obtained in 1965, 1966, 1978 and 1979 from The Board of Education of the Jefferson Local School District, Brookside Sales, Inc., and The Williams Road Company; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were recorded on various dates in those same years by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deeds of Easement from The Board of Education of the Jefferson Local School District, Brookside Sales, Inc., and The Williams Road Company, for utility purposes in Imperial Rise, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A through H attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
