WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna has dedicated Council Members who give unprecedented hours to the City; and
WHEREAS, the time, energy and commitment necessary to fulfill the unending workload presented to City Council has been unprecedented; and
WHEREAS, it takes a special type of individual to fill the ranks and roles of the City Council Member required for City of Gahanna to survive; and
WHEREAS, there were six individuals serving on various Boards, Commissions, and City Council with perfect attendance in 2001:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council and Administration recognizes L. NICHOLAS HOGAN, for his outstanding attendance record.
Section 2. That L. NICHOLAS HOGAN has shown an exemplary commitment to serving the public of the City of Gahanna through his untiring efforts to make living in this City a safe, healthy, prosperous and enjoyable place to live.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council.
