TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT WITH NEW ALBANY CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC FOR INVESTMENT ADVISORY SERVICES.
Body
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance issued a Request for Qualification to identify qualified candidates to provide profession assistance to manage the City's investment portfolio on a day to day basis and provide investment advice; and
WHEREAS, after review by the Deputy Director of Finance and the Director of Finance they have agreed that they would like to proceed with New Albany Capital Partners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the engagement letter with New Albany Capital Partners to enter into Agreement for Investment Advisory Services; engagement letter attached as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That funding was set aside in the 2014 Appropriations iin Account No. 101.130.5249, Contract Services, to cover the herein cost.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
