AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - 2020 Sewer Improvement Project

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service & Engineering requests a supplemental appropriation of $233,200.00 from the un-encumbered, unappropriated balance of the Sewer Fund; and,

 

WHEREAS, the funds will be used to fund construction and inspection services for the 2020 Sewer Improvement Project,

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:

 

Section 1.  That funding in the amount of two hundred thirty three thousand, two hundred dollars and zero cents ($233,200.00) from the unappropriated Sewer Fund (662) be and is hereby appropriated to account number 662.11.000.5505 Sewer Capital Projects.

 

Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
