Title

TO ACCEPT A GENERAL WARRANTY DEED FOR .890 ACRE IN THE INDUSTRIAL ZONE; PURCHASED FROM LEN AND PATRICIA MYERS

Body

WHEREAS, the purchase of .890 acre in The Industrial Zone from Len and Patricia Myers was authorized by Ordinance 107-85; and

WHEREAS, said purchase was completed and the General Warranty Deed was recorded on January 27, 1986 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and

WHEREAS, said General Warranty Deed was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That this Council hereby accepts the General Warranty Deed from Len and Patricia Myers, for purchase of .890 acre in The Industrial Zone, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
