TO AMEND CHAPTER 147, BOARD OF ZONING AND BUILDING APPEALS, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA

WHEREAS, a Charter Change was passed by the voters last November which necessitated changes to Chapter 147; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals has reviewed the code extensively for several months and has recommended changes to coincide with the charter; and
WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the changes recommended and agrees with these changes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Chapter 147, Board of Zoning and Building Appeals, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That existing Chapter 147, Board of Zoning and Building Appeals, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature approval by the Mayor.
