AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE REVISED INVESTMENT POLICY FOR THE CITY OF GAHANNA.
BODY
WHEREAS, the Gahanna City Council established an investment policy in December 1998, which was subsequently updated in July 2013, by ORD-0098-2013; and,
WHEREAS, the investment policy statement is a direct reference guiding investment for the City and this Council recognizes it should be kept current; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance, with assistance of and direction from our investment advisers, are proposing changes to the current investment policy,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby adopts the revised City of Gahanna Investment Policy; attached as EXHIBIT A and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this legislation shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
