WHEREAS, rezoning to SF-2, Single Family Residential 2, is being requested by Doug Maddy for 2.731 acres, a portion of the property located east of 5771 Havens Corners Road; and
WHEREAS, Planning Commission held public hearing, said hearing held pursuant to notice and according to law and, as a result of such hearing and deliberations, on October 13, 1999 Planning Commission recommended this application for zoning; and
WHEREAS, Council held Public Hearing on December 6, 1999, pursuant to notice and according to law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map, adopted by Ordinance No. 198-96 on November 19, 1996, as amended, is hereby amended by zoning 2.731 acres, more or less, to SF-2 Single Family Residential, said acreage more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto.
Section 2. That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to amend and recertify the Official Zoning Map of the City of Gahanna, Ohio, to reflect the zoning contained in and approved by this ordinance.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days from date of signature approval by the Mayor.
