WHEREAS, the owner of Reklamation, LLC would like to purchase 3.707+/- acres of vacant City owned land located at 960 Bricklawn Avenue, in the Industrial Zone; and
 
WHEREAS, the land at 960 Bricklawn Avenue has been appraised at $25,000 and the City is willing to enter into purchase contract to sell the property;
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
 
Section l.  That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into Real Estate Purchase Contract with REKLAMATION, LLC, 1000 Bricklawn Avenue, Gahanna, Ohio 43230, for purchase of 3.707+/- acres of vacant City owned land at 960 Bricklawn Avenue in the Industrial Zone; Purchase Contract attached as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
 
Section 2.  That Reklamation, LLC will pay the City of Gahanna $25,000 for purchase of the land.
 
Section 3.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
