TRANSFER OF FUNDS - Various Court Accounts

WHEREAS, in the Court office the caseload has increased by 50% in the past two years; and
WHEREAS, there is very little funding left in Account 101.151.5112, Court, Salaries, Part-time, and additional funding is needed for the Court to function through the end of the year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINE DOLLARS ($3,509) is hereby transferred from the following accounts, to the following accounts:

Section 2. That ORD-0001-2001, passed January 2, 2001, is hereby amended to reflect this transfer of funds.
Section. 3. That waiver of second reading has been requested.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
