TO ACCEPT LIMITED WARRANTY DEED FOR 0.4725+/- ACRES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 501 HELMBRIGHT DRIVE, PARCEL ID NO. 025-008163 FOR THE TAYLOR ROAD BOOSTER STATION.

WHEREAS, this deed is for 0.4725+/- acres for property located at 501 Helmbright Drive; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined the value of this deed to be $22,500; and
WHEREAS, this deed was recorded at the Franklin County Recorder’s Office on September 14, 2015; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary to accept this Deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Limited Warranty Deed from Jason R. Sharp and Kayanne M. Sharp for 0.4725+/- acres, for property located at 501 Helmbright Drive; said Deed attached to this Ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
