TO ACCEPT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 815; AND APPURTENANCES THERETO, AT THE MARKET AT HAMILTON; AND TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY.

WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 1105.07 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, the City Engineer has certified in writing that Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 815, and appurtenances thereto, in the Market at Hamilton, are completed and approved or that a bond or other surety has been furnished assuring construction and initial maintenance of all required improvements; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined the value of this improvement to be $39,500; and
WHEREAS, it is imperative to move forward to accept this improvement as the project has been completed for some time, all for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 815, and appurtenances thereto, at the Market at Hamilton, are hereby accepted.
Section 2. That, for reasons set forth in the preamble herein above, this ordinance is declared emergency legislation, and shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council and on the date of signature approval by the Mayor.
