TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENT FOR VILLAGE GREEN APARTMENTS AREA ON WEST JOHNSTOWN ROAD FOR WATER MAIN, SANITARY AND STORM SEWER PURPOSES; FROM VARIOUS PROPERTY OWNERS.

WHEREAS, six easements for construction, using and maintaining a 6" water main, an 8" sanitary sewer and storm sewer were obtained in 1963 from various property owners; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were recorded on September 12, 1963 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deeds of Easement from Fred H. Sauer, Village Green Apartments, Inc., Lewis C. and Bessie Strait, and F. William Jr. and Marceline Sapp, for utility purposes in the area of the Village Green Apartments on West Johnstown Road, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A through F attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
