TO ACCEPT GENERAL WARRANTY DEEDS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 57-63 MILL STREET FROM FRANK A SUMMERFIELD SR AND RUTH I SUMMERFIELD; AND TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY

WHEREAS, the City negotiated for purchase of certain real estate at 57-63 Mill Street; and
WHEREAS, two General Warranty Deeds have been delivered to the City for this property; and
WHEREAS, these deeds have been recorded in the Franklin County Recorder's Office on June 22, 2001;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts GENERAL WARRANTY DEEDS for property located at 57-63 Mill Street, which was deeded to the City of Gahanna by Frank A. Summerfield, Sr. and Ruth I. Summerfield.
Section 2. That said property is more particularly described in EXHIBIT A and EXHIBIT B, attached to this ordinance and made a part herein.
Section 3. That, for the reasons set forth in the preamble hereinabove, this ordinance is declared emergency legislation and shall be in full force and effect immediately after passage by this Council and on date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
