TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWERS IN THE AREA OF CHERRY BOTTOM SECTION 2; FROM THE COLUMBUS ACADEMY AND MULBARGER TWINS.

WHEREAS, two easements for construction, using and maintaining a sanitary sewer were obtained in 1979 from The Columbus Academy and Mulbarger Twins; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were recorded on January 22, 1979 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deeds of Easement from The Columbus Academy and Mulbarger Twins, for utility purposes in the area of Cherry Bottom Section 2, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A and B attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
