WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna has received a Warranty Deed from Shepherd Church of the Nazarene, and the City needs to accept it; and
WHEREAS, the deed was recorded at the Franklin County Recorder's office on May 23, 2003;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts this Warranty Deed for 8.531 acres from Shepherd Church of the Nazarene, said Deed attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance is shall be in full force and effect upon passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
