TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF GAHANNA AND MICHAEL ANDRAKO FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR SPECIFIED PROJECTS

WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Administration that it is desirable to have specific engineering projects handled by a contractor; and
WHEREAS, the Administration has recommended Michael Andrako for this work and he has agreed to the terms the City offered; and
WHEREAS, this contract is a continuation of one authorized by Council in 2005;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into Personal Services Contract between the City of Gahanna, Ohio, and MICHAEL ANDRAKO, 878 Timberman Road, Columbus, Ohio 43212, said contract attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That funding was appropriated in the 2006 Appropriations to Account No. 101.145.5119, Engineering Contract, to cover the herein costs.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
