WHEREAS, a transposition error was made in the 2012 appropriations in allotting funds to the stormwater fund instead of the water fund; and
WHEREAS, this error affects the full time administrative salary line item in these funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of FOURTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO DOLLARS ($14,772) is hereby transferred from Account Number 631.350.5105, Stormwater Fund, Full Time Admin Salary to Account No. 651.350.5105, Water Fund, Full Time Admin Salary.
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2012, passed January 2, 2012, is hereby amended to reflect this Transfer of Funds.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
