WHEREAS, the City needs easement for sanitary sewer for property owned by Joseph H. and Marie T. Bisang for Improvement No. 802, Price Road Sanitary Sewer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into purchase contract with JOSEPH H. and MARIE T. BISANG, 95 Price Road, Gahanna, Ohio 43230, for property to be used as sanitary sewer easement for the Price Road Sanitary Sewer, Improvement No. 802.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000) was set aside in the 2002 Appropriations, to Account No. 661.360.5533, Capital Projects, Sewer, to cover the herein costs.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
