WHEREAS, because of ADA compliance wheel chair ramps are being replaced or added; and

WHEREAS, these wheel chair ramps must be inspected to guarantee safety and proper construction;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That funding in the amount of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance in the General Fund, to Account No. 101.145.5541, ADA Compliance, to cover the herein costs.

Section 2.  That ORD-0001-2003, passed January 2, 2003, is hereby amended to reflect his supplemental appropriation.

Section 3.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
