SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Planning Commission, Seminars & Meetings
Body
WHEREAS, Planning Commission requested funding for one member to attend The American Planning Association Annual Conference to be held in April; and
WHEREAS, Council feels the Conference would be beneficial for all members and has authorized this supplemental for as many members who wish to attend as can;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO;
Section 1. That the amount of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the General Fund to Account Number 101.342.5274, Planning Commission, Seminars & Meetings.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 990001, passed January 2, 1999 is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council and approval by the Mayor.
