WHEREAS, letter quotes were received and the lowest, most responsive, and responsible, quote has been recommended by the Director of Public Service; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into Contract with AHC, INC., 760 Harmon Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43223, for the asbestos removal at 121 Mill Street, said services to be in accordance with the letter quote, dated June 27, 2001, attached hereto as EXHIBIT A, and all in accordance with City specifications.

Section 2.  That funding in the amount of FIVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($5400) has been appropriated in the 2001 appropriations in Account No. 101.343.5511, Capital Projects Development, to cover the herein costs.

Section 3.  That, this ordinance shall be in full force and effect 30 days after signature approval by the Mayor.
