AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Damage to City Property.

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service and Engineering has received funds from the damage of City property; and
WHEREAS, a supplemental appropriation is requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of eleven thousand ninety three dollars and zero cents ($11,093.00) from the unappropriated General Fund (1010) be and is hereby appropriated to account number 1011.1410.5300 (Materials and Supplies).
Section 2. That funding in the amount of three thousand six hundred twenty two dollars and zero cents ($3,622.00) from the unappropriated Streets Fund (2200), be and is hereby appropriated to account number 2201.1000.5300 -- Materials and Supplies.
Section 3. That funding in the amount of two thousand nine hundred twenty four dollars and zero cents ($2,924.00) from the unappropriated Water Fund (6511), be and is hereby appropriated to account number 6511.1000.5300 (Materials and Supplies).
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
