TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR ADDITIONAL LEASE PROPERTY WITH THE YOUNG MEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION OF CENTRAL OHIO FOR PROPERTY AT 4427 EAST JOHNSTOWN ROAD.

WHEREAS, the City has purchased property at 4427 E. Johnstown Rd. which is in front of the YMCA;
WHEREAS, the City will demolish the buildings and leave the property in mowable condition; and
WHEREAS, the YMCA has agreed to add this property to their 99 year land lease with the City and to reimburse the City for the cost of the property and it is necessary to enter into additional lease agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into Reimbursement Agreement for Additional Lease Property with the YOUNG MEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION OF CENTRAL OHIO, 40 West Long Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215, for reimbursement for 0.254 acres of property at 4427 East Johnstown Road; Agreement attached as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That the YMCA will pay the City $4,000 a year for the next 5 years for the property.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
