TO ACCEPT A QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR 10.030 ACRES LOCATED IN WOODSIDE GREEN SOUTH TO BE USED FOR PARK PURPOSES; FROM CAMPBELL RHEIN DEVELOPMENT COMPANY.

WHEREAS, a quit claim deed for 10.030 acres located in Woodside Green South has been received from Campbell Rhein Development Company; and
WHEREAS, the Outline Development Plan for this Planned Unit Development calls for this site to be used for park purposes; and
WHEREAS, said quit claim deed was recorded on September 23, 1998 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said quit claim deed is now ready for acceptance by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the quit claim deed from Campbell Rhein Development Company, for park purposes in Woodside Green South; said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
