WHEREAS, APRIL CARPENTER was invited to participate in the Miss Fitness portion of the 13th Annual Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic; and
WHEREAS, the Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic is an international competition; and
WHEREAS, APRIL CARPENTER placed 16th in the world in the Miss Fitness portion of the Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic, which is a great accomplishment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That on behalf of this Council, the Administration and the citizens of Gahanna, APRIL CARPENTER is hereby honored and commended for her accomplishments in the 13th Annual Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
