TO AMEND CODE SECTION 1163.01, OFF STREET PARKING SPACE REQUIRED, OF CHAPTER 1163, PARKING REGULATIONS, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, when Chapter 1150, Olde Gahanna District, was updated in 2011, several subcategories were deleted and now a change is needed in Section 1163.01, Off Street Parking Space Required, to delete reference to OG-1 as it no longer exists; and
WHEREAS, Gahanna Planning Commission held public hearing on August 8, 2012, and recommended approval to City Council; and
WHEREAS, Council held public hearing on September 17, 2012;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Section 1163.01, Off Street Parking Space Required, of Chapter 1163, Parking Regulations, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That Section 1163.01, Off Street Parking Space Required, of Chapter 1163, Parking Regulations, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
