TO AMEND CODE SECTION 1163.07, PARKING SPACES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES; OF CHAPTER 1163, PARKING REGULATIONS, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, the Administration has recommended a code change to Chapter 1163, Parking Regulations to bring the City's requirements into conformance with the laws of the State of Ohio; and
WHEREAS, Planning Commission heard the proposed amendment October 8, 2008, and has recommended approval to Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Section 1163.07, Parking Spaces for People with Disabilites, of Chapter 1163, Parking Regulations, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That Section 1163.07, Parking Spaces for People with Disabilites, of Chapter 1163, Parking Regulations, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
