SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS - CRESCENT TIF FUNDS.

WHEREAS, the Crescent TIF produced more than originally estimated which requires more to be paid to the school than what was originally appropriated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of twenty-three thousand dollars and zero cents ($23,000.00) from the unappropriated/unencumbered Crescent TIF Fund be and is hereby supplementally appropriated to account 224.11.060.5205 - Crescent TIF Contract Services.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
