TO AUTHORIZE THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO AWARD AND THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH SHAMROCK COMPANIES, FOR 2002 INCOME TAX FORMS.

WHEREAS, bids were opened September 20, 2002, and the lowest, most responsive, and responsible, bidder has been recommended by the Director of Public Service;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Director of Public Service is hereby authorized to award and the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into Contract with SHAMROCK COMPANIES, 250 EAST WILSON BRIDGE ROAD, WORTHINGTON, OHIO 43085, for 2002 income tax forms for the Tax Division of the City of Gahanna, in accordance with bid and City specifications.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of SIXTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY FIVE DOLLARS ($16,245) was set aside in the 2002 Appropriations in Account No. 101.132.5301, Tax Office Supplies, to cover the herein costs.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
