WHEREAS, with the recent retirements and separations of three City employees, funding is needed to pay them for accrued vacation and sick leave totalling $61,617;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of SIXTY ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTEEN DOLLARS ($61,617) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, appropriated Balance of the General Fund to the following accounts:
$20,159 101.111.5102 Salary Council Clerk
$ 8,640 101.181.5108 Salary Clerical
$13,041 101.140.5101 Salary Service
$19,777 101.211.5108 Salaries Radio & Clerk
$61,617 TOTAL
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2000, passed January 3, 2000 is hereby amended to reflect the this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage by this Council and 30 days after signature approval by the Mayor.
