SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Microsoft Office '97

WHEREAS, money was set aside in the 1998 Appropriations to upgrade the network with Microsoft Office '97, however, the price has increased since the appropriation figure was determined and an additional amount is now required;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of Eight Hundred Sixty Dollars ($860) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance in the General Fund to Account No. 101.348.5511, Capital Projects, Network, to be added to the 1998 Appropriation of $12,000 for the purpose of purchasing Microsoft Office '97.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 1-98, passed January 2, 1998, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
