TO ACCEPT THE DEDICATION PLAT ENTITLED GRANVILLE STREET DEDICATION

WHEREAS, property was purchased several years ago for the widening of Granville Street; and
WHEREAS, this land was conveyed to the City by General Warranty Deed and it is therefore necessary to dedicate it for use as right-of-way;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the plat entitled "Granville Street Dedication," as shown on attached EXHIBIT A, is hereby accepted and named as GRANVILLE STREET; that EXHIBIT A is made a part of this ordinance.
Section 2. That all or parts of the roads shown herein and not heretofore dedicated to public use, be and same is hereby dedicated to public use as such upon recording of said plat.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
