A motion resolution to request the Civil Service Commission relook the issue of military credit and reserve credit for civil service testing and make a recommendation back to Council regarding an amendment to the Rules and Regulations adopted on August 5, 2002; and to consider the development of a regulation section titled "the oral interview process" and make a recommendation back to Council regarding this addition to the rules and regulations.
