TRANSFER OF FUNDS - SALARIES AND FRINGES

WHEREAS, there are insufficient funds left in several accounts to cover the various salary ordinances and contracts previously approved this year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of FIFTY SIX THOUSAND NINETY SEVEN ($56,097) is hereby transferred from the accounts as shown in EXHIBIT A, to the accounts as shown in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2002, passed January 2, 2002, is hereby amended to reflect this transfer of funds.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
