WHEREAS, the driveway back to the City water tower is crumbling and deteriorating and the Director of Public Service would like to add the paving of it to the 2013 Street Program and additional funds are needed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of NINETEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY SIX DOLLARS ($19,256) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the Stormwater Fund, to Account No. 631.350.5416, Stormwater Repair.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of THIRTY THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY SEVEN DOLLARS ($33,347) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the Water Fund to Account No. 651.350.5416, Water Repair.
Section 3. That ORD-0001-2013, passed January 1, 2013, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
