TO AMEND CHAPTER 1129, ZONING CERTIFICATES, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA

WHEREAS, at the request of the Records Commission and the City Attorney a review of Chapter 1129 was undertaken by the Planning Commission; and

WHEREAS, Planning Commission has reviewed, initiated changes, and recommended said changes to City Council; and

WHEREAS, Council held Public Hearing on July 24, 2002, said meeting held pursuant to notice and according to law;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That Chapter 1129, Zoning Certificates, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.

Section 2.  That existing Chapter 1129, Zoning Certificates, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.

Section 3.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature approval by the Mayor.
