TO ACCEPT A DEED OF EASEMENT FOR UTILITY PURPOSES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON WEST JOHNSTOWN ROAD; FROM M H MURPHY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY.

WHEREAS, an easement for Sanitary Sewers, Storm Sewers and Water Line purposes was obtained in 1991 from M H Murphy Development Company; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on October 8, 1991 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from M H Murphy Development Co., for utility purposes on West Johnstown Road; said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
