TITLE
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS - TIF Fund
BODY
WHEREAS, three of the City’s Tax Increment Financing (TIF) districts have exceeded revenue projections; and
WHEREAS, due to the increased revenues, the appropriations for fees for County Auditor and Treasurer need increased.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of one thousand three hundred ten dollars ($1,310) be and hereby is supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated, unencumbered balance of the TIF Fund 2440 as follows:
224.11.010.5210 - Eastgate Triangle Professional Services: $680
224.11.020.5210 - Eastgate Pizzuto Professional Services: $340
224.11.040.5210 - West Gahanna Professional Services: $290
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
