Title
TO ACCEPT A DEED OF EASEMENT FOR TRUNK SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON WEST JOHNSTOWN ROAD; FROM DERWARD F AND LUCILLE E DEVORE.
Body
WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining a trunk sanitary sewer was obtained in 1960 from Derward F. and Lucille E. Devore; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on November 29, 1960 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Derward F. and Lucille E. Devore, for utility purposes on West Johnstown Road said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
