SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Animal Control

Body

WHEREAS, the City passed a new Animal Control Contract and one of the requirements is further education; and

WHEREAS, the Animal Control account will be $1,700 short for the year;

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That the amount of One Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($1,700) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance in the General Fund to Account No. 101.213.5441, Animal Control, to cover the herein costs.

Section 2.  That Ordinance No. 980001, passed January 2, 1998 is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.

Section 3.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council and approval by the Mayor.
