WHEREAS, due to one of the worst winter seasons for snow removal in years a supplemental appropriation is needed as overtime accounts have been dramatically depleted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of FORTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($40,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated Balance of the Streets Fund to Account No. 220.330.5117, Streets Overtime.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of FIVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($5,600) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, appropriated Balance of the Streets Fund to Account No. 220.330.5131, Streets PERS.
Section 3. That funding in the amount of EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS ($800) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated Balance of the Streets Fund to Account No. 220.330.5132, Streets Workers Comp.
Section 4. That funding in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY DOLLARS ($580) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated Balance of the Streets Fund to Account No. 220.330.5138, Streets Medicare.
Section 5. That ORD-0001-2014, passed January 2, 2014, is hereby amended to reflect these supplemental appropriations.
Section 6. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage by Council and the signature of approval by the Mayor.
