WHEREAS, the City Engineer has requested that application be made for LTIP/Issue 2 Funds for Morse Road/US 62, Improvement No. 753; and
WHEREAS, Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission has asked for a resolution in support of this application;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to submit the project funding request to Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission for LTIP/Issue 2 funds Morse Road/US 62, Improvement No. 753.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council.
