TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENT FOR STORM SEWER IN THE ROYAL MANOR AREA; FROM VARIOUS PROPERTY OWNERS.

WHEREAS, fourteen easements for construction, using and maintaining a storm sewer were obtained in 1962 and 1964 from various property owners; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were recorded on various dates in those same years by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deeds of Easement from Harold F. Jr. & Gaile L. Weatherman, Thomas E. & Frances A. Colley, Richard A. & Edna C. Ivanoff, Jan Melvin & Mona R. Wasson, Gerald M. & Mary E. Ellis, Arthur T. & Ruth Ann DePrizio, James Norman & Marilyn Montgomery, Lloyd & Mozell Lyon, Edwin Frank & Lucy E. Ryan, Arthur Thomas & Alice L. Tiburzio, James R. & Leona K. Fields, Robert W. Sr. & J. Maxine Shy, Daniel Paul & Betty J. Barnhart, and Richard E. & Catherine F. Thompson, for utility purposes in Royal Manor, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A through N attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
