TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH TERMINIX COMMERCIAL FOR A ONE YEAR PERIOD; FOR PEST CONTROL SERVICES AT THE GAHANNA MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE.

WHEREAS, letter proposal has been received from Terminix Commercial and the Director of Parks & Recreation has recommended we proceed with them;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into contract with Terminix Commercial, 2120 City Gate Drive, Columbus, OH 43219 for pest control services at the Gahanna Municipal Golf Course, in accordance with City specifications and proposal attached hereto as EXHIBIT A.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY DOLLARS ($560) was appropriated in the 2011 Appropriations to Account No. 101.433.5249, Golf Course, Contract Services, to cover the herein costs.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
